February 27, 2010 "Disney Dazzle" performed by Lemoore High School Chamber Singers

We attended Farah's Choir Dinner Show along with Grandma & Poppy. It was the fourth annual fund raiser/dinner performance. Farah and choir sang a medley of Disney show tunes, she also danced and performed. For dinner we enjoyed delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu, fresh asparagus, potatoes, Bruschetta, meatballs, and chocolate trifle for dessert. Magician Tony Blanco from Las Vegas performed during the choir's break. Farah is the youngest Chamber Singer- this was her first dinner dance performance, she looked and sounded incredible!

Chris Botti Concert

We gave Grandma & Poppy Chris Botti Concert Tickets for Christmas. We hoped that they would enjoy their concert, indeed they did! They also got to meet Chris Botti, get a hug, a picture and an autograph! Wow what a night! He is an incredible musician and talent.

February 14, 2010 Valentine's Day, Scott surprised all of us girls with roses this morning, and Valentine's full of See's Candies. Falyn & Farah opened heart shaped necklaces, and perfume. Scott received cologne and candy. We had a wonderful lunch, and watched "Emma".

After church we were invited to join our friends the Nanstiels for a Super Bowl Party. None of Scott's favorite teams were playing so he decided to cheer for Peyton Manning (Colts). I decided to cheer for the Saints, after all it was Sunday. Falyn, Farah, and the Nanstiel Family cheered for the Saints as well. We enjoyed the game, the food, but most of all the company of our friends.

For Christmas Scott bought tickets to see Harry Connick Jr in Concert. Last night we attended the concert in Fresno, and it was amazing! He sounds incredible live, he sounds just as good live as he does on his CD's. He didn't have any back up singers, it was just him and his amazing New Orleans band. Wow, can he play the piano!!! What a fun night.

We are sprout folk. Sprouts run through our kitchen.

Sharon & Ernie always give unique Christmas gifts. This year we received an asparagus cooker, which is really cool, and a natural health guide and kit all about "Sprouts". The kit includes seeds, and containers to grow your own sprouts. So, we have sprouts in salads, sprouts on sandwiches and sprouts in soup. We've never been so healthy!

It seems they seldom agree, Falyn likes Juicy, Farah likes Anthropologie. Falyn takes things serious, and Farah takes 'em light, Farah goes to bed early, and Falyn parties all night! Cuz Farah moves slowly, and Falyn is fast! Farah likes it quiet, and Falyn loves to shout, but when they get together it just all works out! Farah likes it neat, and Falyn makes a mess. Farah takes it easy, Falyn gets stressed! Farah's got the money, and Falyn's always broke. Nothing in common but this trust-one's like a minus, one's like a plus! One going up, one coming down, but they seem to land on common ground.When things go wrong they make corrections to keep things moving in the right direction. Its true- this- Opposites Attract
